Delete my account

You can delete your CycloApp account at any time, by yourself, in a few seconds. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open CycloApp and sign in.
2. Tap your avatar (top of the screen) to open the profile menu.
3. At the very bottom, tap “Delete my account”.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are erased right away and you are signed out.

Without access to the app

Uninstalled the app, or can't sign in anymore? Email contact@cycloapp.ca from the email address of your account (that's how we verify the request is really yours). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address, username, password, chosen city.
• Your routes.
• Your snow-clearing reports and the photos attached to them.
• Your in-app notifications and messages.

Deleting only some data

Without closing your account, you can remove photos one by one (profile menu → “My photos”) and delete any route from the “My routes” list.
