CycloApp — in effect July 7, 2026

By creating an account or using CycloApp, you accept these terms.

1. The service

CycloApp is a community app providing information about street snow-clearing conditions, powered by its users' contributions (reports and photos). Access is by invitation during the launch phase.

2. Your account

• You provide accurate information and keep your credentials to yourself.
• You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app.

3. Content you post — zero tolerance

Inappropriate content is not tolerated. The following is prohibited, among other things: any content that is hateful, harassing, obscene, violent, misleading, unrelated to street conditions, or showing identifiable people without their consent. Any violation may lead to immediate removal of the content and the suspension or deletion of the account, without notice.

• Your photos and reports are visible to other users in your city.
• You remain the owner of your photos; you grant CycloApp the right to display them in the app to inform the community.
• Any photo can be flagged by any user; flagged content is reviewed and, where appropriate, removed within 24 hours.
• You can block a user: their contributions disappear from your device.

4. Winter caution — the decision is yours

CycloApp's information comes from the community and is provided for guidance only: it may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Actual street conditions can change at any time. The decision to ride, the route you choose and your safety remain your responsibility. Never handle your phone while riding.

5. Availability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability or accuracy. It may evolve, be interrupted or end.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Québec (Canada).
